Creating Space for Clarity
One thing I've noticed while building my coaching practice is how often people start a conversation believing they have a complicated problem to solve.
Then, somewhere in the discussion, they hear themselves say something they've been thinking all along.
The answer was already there. It was just buried under noise, self-doubt, competing priorities, or the pace of everyday life.
I've experienced this myself, which is probably why I value these conversations so much. Some of the biggest shifts in my own thinking have come from talking through challenges with people who listened carefully and asked the right questions.
That's what continues to draw me to coaching: creating the kind of space where clarity has room to emerge.
